Once you have selected the source and target records, click on the "Compare" button. Record Comparator will highlight any differences between the field values of the two records. If a field is missing from the target, it will be colored green. If a field is missing from the source, it will be colored pink. Fields with different values will be colored yellow, while fields with similar values will be colored white.
